Palm and Paddle Grille was created by founders Greg and Kristin Walker, local entrepreneurs inspired by their travels to the Caribbean and a love of beach culture. Their goal was simple: bring the magic of the islands to Springfield through superior service, fresh flavors, and a warm, transportive atmosphere. The menu is built to surprise in the best way, from shareable starters and island bowls to tropical drinks and zero proof creations, all crafted to help guests relax and enjoy. With two outdoor escapes, including a cozy downstairs patio and a covered upstairs patio, plus an upstairs bar with extended hours and live music on Thursdays from February through October, Palm and Paddle is designed for easy escapes, celebrations, and laid back nights that feel like a mini vacation.
